Our refund policy covers 30 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
We have two categories of returns. Group A and Group B.
Group A returns are products that are unopened and used. An example of this would be ordering an item in error, the wrong flavour or no longer needing the item.
Group B returns are products that have been opened, used or otherwise in a condition different to as they were provided.
A full refund or exchange will always be offered to those returning an A return, within 30 days.
Group B are not directly eligible for a full refund or exchange, unless the product has not met our standards. An example of this is a product lacking the correct content, damaged goods or otherwise not fit for purpose. If you unhappy with a product you have used, we will try our best to work out the issue and may issue a full or partial refund or an exchange.
